At GarirNilam, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be processed for transactions made through our platform, in accordance with Bangladeshi e-commerce regulations.
2. Refund Eligibility
Customers are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase or transaction completion, subject to the following conditions:
• The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date
• The product or service must be in its original condition
• Valid proof of purchase must be provided
• The refund request must comply with the specific terms of the transaction
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your transaction ID, order details, and reason for refund
3. Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
4. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items or services are not eligible for refunds:
• Buyer platform fee (5,000 BDT): non-negotiable, non-refundable, and mandatory for every winning bidder; no exceptions
• Services that have been fully rendered or consumed
• Digital products or services that have been accessed or downloaded
• Customized or personalized items
• Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
5. Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be issued:
• If the item received is significantly different from the description
• If there are minor defects not disclosed in the listing
• If the item is partially damaged during shipping (subject to investigation)
Partial refund amounts will be determined based on the specific circumstances and will be communicated to the customer before processing.
6. Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction:
• Bank transfers: Refunded to the original bank account (10-15 business days)
• Mobile banking: Refunded to the original mobile banking account (5-7 business days)
• Credit/Debit cards: Refunded to the original card (10-15 business days)
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may:

• File a complaint through our support center
• Contact the relevant consumer protection authority in Bangladesh
